Located just 10 minutes from Karjat Railway Station and spread over 10 acres of beautifully developed property, the farmhouse is fully equipped for your comfort, with TV, shower, DVD player, linens, air conditioning, hot water and western toilets.
The three 3 air-conditioned bedrooms come with attached toilets, for your convenience. Extra beds are available, if required. A fully functional kitchen allows you to cook your own meals. Or, if you prefer, you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner from a nearby catere
To keep you entertained and amused, the farm also has a well-maintained swimming pool, ATV's, basketball court, indoor and outdoor sports equipment, cycles and cycle track, barbecue and trampoline.

If you’re coming from Pune, take the Khalapur Road from the 2nd toll, by taking a right turn to the opposite lane, where you will see the Khalapur sign.
Carry on straight for 10 odd kilometers till you hit the Old Bombay-Pune road on a perpendicular. Take the left till you reach a chowk after 8 off kilometers. At the chowk, take a right towards Karjat with ND Studio on your left.
After 10 to 12 kilometers, you will reach the Karjat crossing. Carry on straight over the railway bridge, and after200 meters take a left over the bridge called Sriram Pul. After crossing the Pul, take an immediate right and 10 meters later take the 1st left (you will see the Tanmay farm sign here).
Carry on straight for 3 kilometers, first past Chote, and then Mothe Vengaon. Take a right at the Tanmay Farms sign along the canal after you have passed the 'Kyan Life' sign on the left of the road and a wall with lots of bougainvillea. Tanmay Farms is 200 meters to the left along the Canal road in a green boundary curtain.
